Fondline is operated by Fondline LLC. These terms cover its contact management, relationship tools, email campaigns, and supported integrations. By using Fondline you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Your account
You are responsible for what is sent from your account and for keeping your sign-in secure, including API keys and access you give to other tools. Connect only accounts you are entitled to access and use. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms and authorize those actions for it.
Your content and workspace permissions
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give Fondline permission to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the features you use, subject to our privacy policy and the restrictions that apply to Google data. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to import, synchronize, share, and use contact and meeting information, including information about other people.
Workspace members and tools you authorize may access or change records according to their permissions. You are responsible for choosing the appropriate workspace, members, and access levels. Do not use Fondline to access another person’s private data without authorization or to bypass access controls. The shared contact-identity directory and public profile lookup are described in the privacy policy; accepting these terms does not replace any separate consent required for a particular use of Google data.
Your connection choices
Connecting Gmail, Google Contacts, and Google Calendar is optional. You choose each connection independently and can use Fondline without connecting any of them. Signing in with Google does not by itself grant access to your email, contacts, or calendar.
Only features that depend on a connection require that connection: Gmail for sending campaigns and detecting replies; Google Contacts for importing or synchronizing your Google address book; and Google Calendar for calendar-based meeting preparation and contact meeting history. Features that do not depend on those connections remain available.
Choosing one connection does not require choosing another. Fondline will request the permissions for the connection you select and explain what they enable. You may decline access; accepting these terms or this privacy policy does not grant Google permissions.
Google integrations
Connecting Gmail authorizes Fondline to send the messages and sequences you initiate and read message metadata for delivery checks, threading, and reply handling. Fondline does not request permission to retrieve Gmail message bodies or attachments. Review recipients, content, and schedules before starting a campaign. Sending and synchronization can continue in the background while you are signed out.
Google Contacts import and synchronization are optional. Enabling starred-contact synchronization authorizes Fondline to create and update Google contacts and remove contacts it created when they leave the sync or are duplicate records. Pre-existing contacts adopted by the sync are retained, although their star and Fondline link may be removed. Review your settings before enabling synchronization.
Google Calendar integration is optional and requires separate, read-only authorization for meeting preparation and contact meeting history. It does not authorize Fondline to create, change, or delete events. Invitations and RSVP status are not proof of attendance. Meeting information and contact matches may be incomplete or incorrect; check important details against the source calendar.
You can revoke Google access in your Google account settings. Revocation can stop connected features but does not delete data already imported, recall sent messages, or reverse completed contact changes. Google’s terms, policies, account controls, and API limits also apply to your use of those services.
How you may use it
Fondline is for correspondence you would be willing to have attributed to you. You agree not to use it to send unsolicited bulk mail, to contact people who have asked you to stop, or to break any law that applies to your messages — which, for commercial email, includes the CAN-SPAM Act and its equivalents elsewhere. Sequences stop on reply by design; do not attempt to defeat that.
Accounts used to send mail that violates this may be suspended without notice.
AI agents and automation
AI agents are expressly allowed to use Fondline on your behalf, including through the website and available APIs. You may authorize an agent to manage contacts, work with campaigns, and perform other supported actions within your account permissions.
You are responsible for the agents you authorize and their actions on your behalf. Agents must follow these terms and respect the same access controls and usage limits as other users. Permission to use Fondline does not authorize an agent to access another person’s account or data, bypass safeguards, or act beyond your instructions. Availability
Fondline is provided as it is, without warranty. Messages are sent through Google’s Gmail API and are subject to its limits and its availability; a message Fondline attempts to send may be delayed or refused by Google. Connected services can be interrupted, and contact synchronization and reply detection may be delayed or incomplete. Fondline does not guarantee delivery, reply classification, the accuracy of contact or meeting information, or a particular relationship outcome.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Fondline LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost opportunity, arising from your use of Fondline. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Ending it
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may end an account for a breach of these terms.
Changes
These terms may change as the product does. Material changes will be announced to the address you signed in with.
