Fondline is operated by Fondline LLC. By using it you agree to what follows.
Your account
You are responsible for what is sent from your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Connect only mailboxes you are entitled to send from.
How you may use it
Fondline is for correspondence you would be willing to have attributed to you. You agree not to use it to send unsolicited bulk mail, to contact people who have asked you to stop, or to break any law that applies to your messages — which, for commercial email, includes the CAN-SPAM Act and its equivalents elsewhere. Sequences stop on reply by design; do not attempt to defeat that.
Accounts used to send mail that violates this may be suspended without notice.
Availability
Fondline is provided as it is, without warranty. Messages are sent through Google’s Gmail API and are subject to its limits and its availability; a message Fondline attempts to send may be delayed or refused by Google.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Fondline LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost opportunity, arising from your use of Fondline.
Ending it
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may end an account for a breach of these terms.
Changes
These terms may change as the product does. Material changes will be announced to the address you signed in with.
