Fondline is a Personal Relationship Manager (PRM) in the making: a suite for staying connected with the people who matter to you. We’re starting with Fondline Campaigns and expanding into contact management.
What is Fondline Campaigns?
Fondline Campaigns is the email outreach part of the suite. It’s the product available today: send personal sequences from Gmail, choose when to follow up, and stop automatically when someone replies.
Is contact management available yet?
Dedicated contact management is coming next. Today, Campaigns supports contact imports and fields for personalizing outreach. The broader relationship management experience is still being built.
Who is Fondline for?
Fondline is for people who want to be more thoughtful about staying in touch. Campaigns is a starting point for founders and small teams who send personal outreach and want help following through.
Does it work with my existing email?
Fondline Campaigns sends from your connected Gmail account, including Gmail in Google Workspace. You can sign in with Google, then connect the mailbox you want to send from.
What happens when someone replies?
Fondline Campaigns checks the thread before sending the next email and stops the sequence when it detects a reply. Hard bounces also stop it; out-of-office responses delay the next message.
Can Fondline Campaigns read my inbox?
Fondline Campaigns can read message headers, including senders, recipients, subjects, dates, and thread identifiers. The Gmail metadata permission does not allow access to inbox message bodies. Fondline Campaigns stores the messages you compose in the product so it can send them.
Can I control when emails go out?
Yes. Set your time zone, sending window, and daily cap. Each step can wait a number of calendar or business days. You can also pause a campaign whenever you need to.
How do I get started?
Sign in to Fondline with Google or an email code. To start using Campaigns, open the campaign workspace, connect your Gmail, add contacts, and write your first sequence. If you have questions about access or pricing, contact support@fondline.com
